Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to browse our products, book consultations and manage their orders — regardless of ability or the technology they use. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

• Semantic markup — pages are structured with proper headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can navigate them;
• Keyboard navigability — the site is designed to be usable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators;
• Contrast-aware brand palette — our colours are chosen with text contrast in mind;
• Responsive layouts — pages adapt to different screen sizes, zoom levels and orientations; and
• Alt text on product imagery — product images carry text alternatives.

We are honest about where we are: this site is actively developed and some pages or components may not yet fully meet our WCAG 2.1 AA target. We are actively improving, and we welcome reports of anything that gets in your way — every report helps us prioritise fixes.
