Where we deliver

We deliver within Australia only. We do not ship overseas, and we cannot redirect an order to an address outside Australia once it has been dispatched.

Every order is carried by Australia Post, on one of the two services below. You choose between them at checkout.

Australia Post Parcel Post

Australia Post Express Post

a paid upgrade, priced for your postcode at checkout ($14.95 if we cannot reach Australia Post)

Australia Post's priority service, carried ahead of Parcel Post.

  • Australia Post Parcel Post is $7.95 flat, anywhere in Australia, however many items you order.
  • Parcel Post is free on orders of $129 or more, counted on the goods in your cart after any discount.
  • Express Post is available at checkout as a paid upgrade, priced for your postcode.
  • Bulky items — our bulk laundry and cleaning lines, such as the Abode 4 L, 15 L, 4 kg and 15 kg packs — are quoted at checkout as freight for your postcode, and are outside the flat and free rates above.
  • Orders placed through a practitioner script are not eligible for free postage and pay the $7.95 flat rate.
  • If we cannot reach Australia Post when you check out, Express Post is charged at our flat $14.95 rate.

Delivery times are Australia Post estimates, counted in business days from dispatch rather than from when you order. They are not guaranteed arrival dates, and Australia Post quotes longer for regional and remote addresses.

When we dispatch

Typically dispatched same or next business day.

Orders are picked and dispatched from our dispensary in Mount Druitt, NSW, on business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a NSW public holiday go out the next business day.

Nothing about your order waits on an approval step. Products that require a pharmacist's check are reviewed by an AHPRA-registered pharmacist before dispatch.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will trace it with Australia Post and put it right. Your rights if an order is not delivered, or arrives damaged, are set out on our returns and refunds page.
