Evening formats and what is not sold here
Formats run to tablets, capsules, drink powders taken in water and a small number of liquid extracts measured with a dropper. Combination formulas name every herb with its own dry herb equivalent, so the panel rather than the front of the carton tells you which ingredient dominates. Directions on this shelf are usually timed, and the pack states how long before bed a dose is intended.
Melatonin is a scheduled medicine in Australia. It is available only from a pharmacist after an assessment, or through your doctor, for the strengths and ages where that applies, and it is not part of this collection.
