Sign inEagle Haemo-Red Plus is a once-daily tablet formulated with iron bisglycinate, a form of iron chosen for its gentler effect on digestion and good bioavailability. Each tablet also includes vitamin C to support iron uptake, along with metabolically active forms of B vitamins - including methyl-B12, 5-MTHF, P-5-P and R-S-P - to support general vitamin B intake. This formulation may suit those with higher iron needs, such as breastfeeding women, women of childbearing age, vegetarians, vegans and athletes, as part of a balanced diet. It contains no added gluten, soya, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg, sesame, artificial sweeteners or flavours. Each pack contains 30 tablets, taken one per day with food. As with any supplement, it is intended to complement, not replace, a varied and balanced diet.
