Each adult dose provides glutamine, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin D alongside Reishi, Shiitake, Baical skullcap, Perilla and milk thistle extracts, ingredients traditionally used to support immune and gastrointestinal wellbeing. Mixed with water and taken with food, this powder is designed to fit easily into a daily wellness routine. It is free from dairy protein, lactose, egg, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein and artificial colours or flavours, though it does contain gelatin and is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. As with any supplement containing vitamin A, this product should be used as directed and is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without professional guidance.
