Each 2.0 mL dose provides cod-liver oil along with naturally occurring vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin E, plus the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. The oil is molecularly distilled and nitrogen flushed to help retain freshness and minimise fishy odour and taste, making it easier to give to children who may be fussy about fish oil supplements. It can be taken directly from the measuring cap or mixed into juice or food. This product is free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, as well as corn, dairy protein, lactose, egg, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, salt, soy protein and starches, making it suitable for a range of dietary needs. Supplements such as this are intended to complement, not replace, a balanced diet suitable for growing children.
