Each tablet provides a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals, including B-group vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron, alongside broccoli sprout powder, to help fill common nutritional gaps in the diet. This multivitamin and mineral supplement is free from dairy protein, lactose, egg, gluten, wheat, nuts, soy protein and salt, and contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Please note the tablet does contain soya oil as an excipient and animal-derived ingredients, so it is not suitable for vegetarians. Take one tablet daily with food as part of your everyday routine. Because of its B-vitamin content, taking it in the morning with food is a practical way to fit it into your day. This product contains selenium and potassium, and is not intended for children under 2 years of age. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
