The formula includes an extract equivalent to 2.0 grams of Vitex agnus-castus fruit, traditionally used to support regulation of the menstrual cycle and healthy hormonal balance. Each pack contains 30 tablets, formulated to be taken once daily with food. PMS Ease is free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast and soy protein, and contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians. This product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for people under 18. Vitex agnus-castus may interact with hormonal medicines such as the oral contraceptive pill, so speak with your healthcare professional before use if this applies to you. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
