Each tablet delivers a broad range of vitamins and minerals, including activated forms of folate and B6, iodine, vitamin K2, choline and lutein, alongside absorption-friendly mineral chelates such as Meta Fe and Meta Zn. This formula is free from dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein, added salt, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavours and artificial preservatives. Please note the vitamin D3 in this product is sourced from lanolin (sheep's wool), so it is not suitable for vegans, though it may suit vegetarians. As with any pregnancy or lactation supplement, please advise your doctor of all medicines and supplements you are taking, particularly during the first trimester, and use vitamin and mineral supplements to complement, not replace, a balanced diet.
