It is designed for adults and children over five years as part of a general approach to supporting everyday gut microbial balance. Each capsule is housed in an Activ-Vial desiccant-lined bottle, which helps protect the live cultures from moisture, so refrigeration is not required. The formula is free from eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, soy protein, added salt, and artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours and preservatives. Because this formula contains bovine colostrum powder, it contains milk-derived ingredients (lactose and cow's milk proteins) and is not suitable for strict vegans or vegetarians, or for anyone avoiding dairy.
